My babies are 1 tomorrow.
I've said it before and ill say it again - it has gone SO fast. This is just a quick post. I'll post more after the weekend when the party of the year is done and dusted. This party has consumed me for well over a month. I do love it but I swear on Sunday night I'll be in bed asleep at 7pm. No cake baking, sausage roll baking, biscuit icing, dot cutting out, fondant kneading , lamb koftas shaping, quiche filling, or patiently waiting for jelly layers to set.....no more. Phew!
Here's a quick trip down memory lane at what I looked like a year ago:
Yup. The afternoon before I had them I lunged Amali on her pony, Princess. As you do when you're 34 weeks and 4 days pregnant with triplets.
Remember these wonky belly pics? Little monkeys.
I seriously MISS this amazing belly. Strange, I know. It's making me teary just thinking about it.
But I now have 3, amazing, healthy and adorable 1 year olds (so strange to type that!) to fill that yearning. For now.
A huge shout out to a fellow multiple mumma Jacinta, who carried her twin boys to the same gestation and gave birth on the same day!
Happy Birthday to the gorgeous Bo and Sage xxxx
Happy Birthday to your beautiful babes Chenoa.
ReplyDeleteHave a wonderful weekend.
Just made me teary reading that too. You have proven to be the most loving, patient, wonderful, always smiling, happy and caring mummy and we couldn't be more proud of you and Dan - all five of our grandchildren are just perfect in every way. Healthy, happy, beautiful, personality plus, adorable, fun, amazing little people - and all the credit is yours.
ReplyDeleteThis is from a biased grandi, but everyone who meets/knows this family agrees.
